How it works
Four steps. Then you can actually open the dashboard.
Engagements stay small on purpose. You should always know what is in scope, what landed this week, and who to ask — which is Dom.
01
A conversation
A short call to understand the questions you need answered, the tools you already use, and where the numbers currently live. No pitch deck.
Useful to have to hand: the tools you use today, where the numbers currently live, and which questions a useful dashboard would answer in a month.
02
Scope
We agree which dashboards and packs are in, which measures matter, and how often they refresh. Nothing is assumed that is not written down.
Scope is written in ordinary English. If something is not on the list, it is not assumed.
03
Build
First views land quickly, then we tighten them with you. The aim is something you will actually open, not a perfect model that never ships.
04
Handover and review
You can use the dashboards without a walkthrough every week. We check in, cut what is not useful, and adjust as the business changes.
Ready when you are. A first conversation is a call or an email — not a proposal marathon.
